Shipping Policy
We offer two shipping methods: standard and express. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to arrive and is free for orders over $50. For all other orders, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days to arrive and costs $15.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we currently only ship within the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AK Clothes Hub. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.
Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
